Go to your first project page. On the bottom, the right-hand corner will be the Measurement Units toggle. Select your preferred unit system to convert all relevant inputs to the correct unit. By default your building location will choose Metric or U.S. (IP) unit system.

If you have units in a btu/h value, you will need to convert it to Watts and assign it to a room template as a load.
