Vitras now offers a powerful customization feature that allows you to personalize your reports with your own logo and branding colors. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up and managing your custom branding.
Step 1: Accessing the Branding Customization Feature
To begin customizing your report branding, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Library Page: Start by opening the Library page in Vitras.
Locate the Customization Option: In the top right corner of the Library page, you'll find the option to customize your branding. Click on it to open the branding customization modal.
Step 2: Uploading Your Logo
Choose Your Logo: Within the branding customization modal, you can upload your own logo. It's recommended to use a logo with square dimensions for optimal display in the reports.
Upload Your Logo: Click on the upload button and select the logo file from your device. Ensure the logo is clear and well-sized for a professional look in your reports.
Step 3: Selecting Your Branding Color
Color Picker Tool: Vitras provides a color picker tool that allows you to choose the exact color that best represents your brand.
Apply Your Color: Use the color picker to select your desired branding color. This color will be applied to backgrounds and text elements within your report, aligning the design with your brand identity.
Step 4: Saving Your Custom Branding
Save Your Changes: Once you’ve uploaded your logo and selected your color, save your changes by clicking the save button within the modal.
Application of Branding: After saving, all new reports generated in Vitras will automatically use your custom branding. This means your logo and color choices will be applied to all future reports, ensuring a consistent and professional look.
Important Note:
Future Reports Only: The custom branding will only apply to reports created after you’ve saved your changes. Any reports created prior to this customization will remain unchanged.
Making Changes: If you wish to update your branding—whether it’s changing the logo or adjusting the color—you can return to the customization modal at any time. Simply follow the same steps to make and save your changes.
