When drawing Walls they will be divided when an intersecting wall connects. This creates an new endpoint which defines the connection point of the two walls.

If one of these walls is deleted the endpoint will remain and can be used to easily snap to again. If the endpoint is no longer required simply click it to remove the endpoint from the wall. Here is an example of removing several endpoints from exterior walls after the interior walls have already been removed.
