An occupancy sensor is an indoor motion-detecting device used to detect the presence of a person to automatically control lighting, temperature, or ventilation systems. Occupancy sensors are typically used to save energy, provide automatic control, and comply with building codes.

Input Options

  • No Sensors: 0%, No spaces are equipped with occupancy sensors.

  • Partial Sensors: 50%, Around half the building area is equipped with occupancy sensors.

  • Sensors: 100% The whole building is equipped with occupancy sensors.
