In reheat systems, air is cooled at the air handling unit. The temperature of individual spaces is controlled by reheating the supply air in terminal units. Also, the terminal units are controlled by the space thermostats.

It is important to note that without proper management Single Duct Reheat Systems can waste a lot of energy. For example, a lot of energy is spent in cooling the supply air and then to partially re-warm the same air before it enters the space. However, reheat energy and fan energy can be saved by adjusting the fan output as the load changes.

cove.tool supports the Single Duct with Terminal Reheat with:
a.  Water Cooled Chiller / Gas Boiler.
b.  Air Cooled Chiller / Gas Boiler.
